We all know and love the crazy DTM 155, hero of our childhoods. Today I am presenting to you a 155, that, even though it is not exactly as radical, it sure has the spirit.
Delivered new in 1994 in the wonderful country of Andorra, it has had just two owners since new and shows just 97.000km.
The last owner, who has had it since 2019, has done some tasteful mods to make this 155 a true driver’s car. Maintenance is also well up to date and archived beautifully in the form of plenty of bills.
The “Blue Spazio” exterior looks great, with just a few blemishes here and there from age and use. The car sits on 15″ Alfa Romeo 145 QV wheels wrapped in aggresive Nankang NS2-R semislicks. The brakes are currently stock. The exhaust has been modified with a full catback sports unit.
Inside, the car has power steering, climate control, central locking, radio-cassette, electric windows and rear curtains, all working flawlessly. The interior is stock except for a gear shifter. It is in great condition, with no cracks on the dashboard, nor tears in the seats.
Chassis-wise it is clean, rust-free and has had no major accidents. The suspension has been modified with sports shocks and Vogtland springs. It also has spacers to give it a wider stance and track.
The engine is healthy and well maintained. Almost 10.000€ in bills to keep everything in tip-top condition are a testimony to how well it drives. It also has some improvements to better cooling and reliability, including, but not limited to, heat wraps, thicker spark cables, iridium spark plugs and much more.
From the factory, the in-line 4-cylinder with 8 valves, produced 129hp, put to the front wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission. The car’s modifications might have slightly altered this number.
With the car, two more sets of wheels, the original exhaust and plenty of spare parts are delivered. It also retains its original books and two keys.
Beware! This car is currently registered in Andorra and will have to be registered in the destination country. Since Andorra is not a EU member, this might incur extra costs on your side, so make sure you contact the competent authorities before you purchase!
